The OMHM tenant satisfaction survey is currently under way
Every three years, the OMHM conducts a survey to measure tenant satisfaction concerning a variety of topics: maintenance, repairs, security, neighbourly relations, etc. The results will help to assess the progress made over the past years and to better understand current needs, which can then be addressed in improvement plans.
The OMHM has hired a research firm to carry out the survey. The telephone calls have started on October 7, 2019, and will continue over several weeks. The results are completely anonymous and will not permit to identify the individual tenants who accept to be questioned.
An interview takes about 10 minutes to complete. Thank you to all tenants for their feedback!
