Improving our tenants’ space, safety, health and living conditions
Following a process of reflection in 2011 that led the Office municipal d’habitation de Montréal (OMHM) to approve a social development action plan, the employees consulted suggested developing a strategy that would draw attention to community and social development actions. One recommendation was to create an inventory of existing practices and shine a light on them. The following excerpts come from a document serving that very purpose.
